A consistent rhythm for every neighborhood
Folded ATL operates on a structured weekly route system. Each service area is assigned a consistent pickup day and time window to ensure reliable and efficient service.
Pickup Window
All pickups occur between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Midtown, West Midtown, Downtown Atlanta
Pickup Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Pickup Time: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Customers in this area will receive service on one assigned day each week within this window. We assign your exact day after your first booking.
Buckhead
Pickup Days: Wednesday
Pickup Time: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Buckhead customers receive consistent weekly service on Wednesdays.
Smyrna
Pickup Days: Saturday
Pickup Time: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Smyrna customers are serviced on Saturdays each week.
Saturday mornings, clean and folded
All completed laundry for the week is returned by Saturday between 8:00am and 12:00pm. We will send a text when we are on our way!
This includes clean laundry, Folded ATL bags, and any additional items associated with your order.
Your first week with us
After your first booking, your service area is confirmed and you are assigned a weekly pickup day based on your location.
Within 24–48 hours of booking, your Folded ATL bag will be delivered to you.
Once received, you simply place your bag outside on your scheduled pickup morning.
How the service works ongoing
After your initial setup, your weekly routine remains the same:
- Place your Folded ATL bag outside on your assigned pickup day
- We collect between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM
- Your laundry is returned on Saturday during the delivery window
No scheduling adjustments are required after your first order.
